Description:

The Cedar Tree Borer (Semanotus ligneus) is a varibale species, found coast to coast wherever it's preferred ceder and cypress hosts occur. Larva mine just under the bark, entering the wood only to pupate.

Notes:

Found in greenhouse with Cedar sill.
