Description:

Small Male with light-ish belly band and slight chest streaks.

Habitat:

This male was spotted along route 13 perched on power lines.

Notes:

My mother and I pulled over to get some shots of this male red-tailed hawk. He spotted something on the ground and glided over and pounced on it, then flew across the street into an evergreen tree.
