Spotting

Description:

I found this strange looking mushroom thing coming out of a tree. It is white, brown, and has a ringlike pattern forming on top. It was about eight inches long (very rough estimation).

Habitat:

Found in Singapore

Notes:

It had a black and yellow bug underneath it.
