Description:

Flower with five orange-red sepals and yellow petals on a plant standing nearly 2' in height with compound leaves. The flower is edible; however, the seeds can be fatal.

Habitat:

Riverside in high elevation in Yosemite National Park. This plant can be found in wet to dry habitats throughout the western half of the US and Canada.
