Body like a Inchneumonoidea. No ovipositor so possibly a male.
Likes to hang out next to porch lights at dusk and night.
Others of this species hang out near the light on my front porch. I don't know what the name of this particular one is but I think it might be a 'Red Ichneumon wasp' Thanks to John La Salle for the confirmation of Ichneumonoidae!
