Thank You Vlad. I suppose that you're right. I didn't saw the stem. It's probably within bark of the tree.
I can't see the stem, but if you fond these mushrooms in December, there is only one I know of that grows in this time of year and looks like that: Enokitake - Flammulina Vellutipes https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enokitake
