Great Horned Owl

Bubo virginianus

Habitat:

Farmland

Notes:

Not only did we see thousands of cranes this weekend but we also saw quiet a few great horned owls. This guys was my favorite and might very well be the tiniest little male great horned owl I have ever seen! He was beyond precious!
