Spotting

Description:

this is probably my best and favorite spotting of the month. It was a huge grass hopper that was just sitting outside my window! This grass hopper was about 3.7-4 inches long! and it was 0.7 inches wide. as you can see the colours are light lime, grass green with a small shade of dark yellow, most likely for camouflage to protect and hide it self from predators in the grass. there is not much more i can say about this insect, mainly because i was not trained or have really worked on insects so there is not much more i can give you. also i cant give background info because well... i found it on a window.
