Volvariella Gloiocephala
The mushrooms are white, with a bit of yellowish-brown in the center. They are growing in a cluster, and there are about 9 clusters, each different sizes with different amounts of mushrooms. The ones in the pictures are around 2 cm in diameter, and their stalks are 3 cm tall. You can't see it in the pictures but underneath, the mushrooms were ridged. They were found on a dead log in a shady spot of the forest.
