Jellis , I am taking the size and the plumage into account and that does add up to a maturing male.

The orange breast and blue wing is too bright to be a female

the size makes me feel that it is a maturing male. The plumage could be a female?

Pretty close to being mature. Any younger and it would have spots on the chest.
