Dry, off-white, stemmed, 1.5 to 2.0 inches in diameter, mushrooms on tree stump. Two other mushroom types found nearby; one resembles a cup and the other is a shelf mushroom.
Coastal area on Pacific side of Costa Rica. Area is adjacent to rain forest.
