Macaca nigra
This critically endangered species exists nowhere else but in the Tangkoko Reserve in Northern Sulawesi, Indonesia and in a few adjacent islands. It is unusual for a macaque in that it has ape-like characteristics. It is endemic to Sulawesi. This group of well over 20 individuals was spotted just off the beach area in Tangkoko Reserve.

Thanks Polilla and Les. There are lots of other photos that I still need to upload. The second image is of the alpha male. You will notice a silver colouration to the fur, much like the alpha male of the Silverback gorilla!
