Leaves including on bottom of buds have some larger spines that look like big white lumps from at least a short distance away.


Native to Europe and North Africa. Introduced to North American continent.


First two images is the species of plant growing bush like while the others were normal ones near it. Traditionally used as an antihelminthic treatment.
