This is one of the Accipiter hawks. It is either an immature Cooper's Hawk or immature Sharp-shinned Hawk. These can be notoriously difficult to distinguish, even by experienced birders. I suspect this is a Cooper's Hawk, but cannot be certain.http://feederwatch.org/learn/tricky-bird...
