A tiny plant hopper in the Family Cixiidae. This one measured about 4 mm in length but was still quite noticeable on plants. Several came to an ultraviolet light.
Finca Argovia, Ruta de Café, about 2 hours NE of Tapachula near Nueva Alemania, Chiapas, 850 meters.
