Anagallis arvensis azurea
A weed with tiny blue flowers.
This plant has settled down comfortably with the coleus and has started blooming. These weeds probably propagate and spread with the plants purchased at the plant nurseries.

Thanks so much for helping with the ID, Emilie and Lenny. I've update my spotting.
Emilie is correct this is the blue form of Scarlet Pimpernel.
Anagallis arvensis azurea.
I think this is the blue variety of the scarlet pimpernel: Anagallis arvensis azurea, (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anagallis_a...)
but it could also be Anagallis foemina, which is almost identical. The difference lies in the number of cilia on the edge of each petal: 35-70 for A.arvensis azurea and less tha 30 for A. foemina. It is the broader shape of the leaves wihich makes me think it is rather A. arvensis azurea.
