Somateria mollissima

Description:

The female eider was ready to fly away or just stretching her wings. The common eider is the largest duck found in Europe. The female is a brown bird, but can still be readily distinguished from all ducks on the basis of size and head shape.

Habitat:

They are always close to the sea.
