2nd video. Longer with natural sounds. I just wish I had seen it fly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWYZ5fMD... Please set on HD and full screen.
Thanks Christy. I joined the mission. It looked so pretty in the trees and the snow. Like a living painting. Thanks everyone! I am thrilled to have my first Hawk spot uploaded.
What a cutie!! We don't have these guys here in CO...I think it's strange that they're in the East and West, but not here! I'd love you to add this (and any other Raptor spottings that apply) to the mission Raptors of North America: http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/8627...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWYZ5fMD.... Here is another longer video. I was waiting for it to fly, but never did. You can see the bird better and all natural sounds. Thanks!
My goodness..beautiful shots but now I need to go get a sweater, I feel soooo cold. Love the video!
Thanks so much! This particular hawk has a really "owlish" look to it. I was fortunate to get 4 videos, but missed it flying away. My arm was ready to fall off recording them.
Let it snow,Let it Snow,Let it snow!! What a lovely video of snowflakes and this cute bird! I could not here the music because the audio is out. Maybe later.
Snow and wild life,,,,vwery appealing indeed
Thanks! The video finally processed. I took 4 videos. I added the short 50 second one when it was really snowing. Added music for your enjoyment. Please view HD and full screen.
Carol,my favorite one too. though he has a bad eye on my very cute cat. He sits on a tree and constantly looks at him.
For fun facts, read comments and notes in my spotting. Though I believe that the Eastern and western have some differences.

Thanks Jacob. I haven't seen this hawk before. I had one sighting of a Red-tailed Hawk in the distance last year. I am thrilled with this hawk. WOW!
