Description:

Evergreen tree native to the southeast region of North America. Bears bright red fruit, which is protected by sharp edges on each leaf which are used to ward off any unwanted prey. Seeds are eaten by birds and once expelled, given the opportunity to grow on the spot of which they are dropped.
