Male wasp

Description:

About 26mm long. Long filiform black curling antenna. Bicolored orange/black abdomen. Black thorax with three distinct white spots. Legs orange with notable tarsal spines. Wings clear. No ovipositor.

Habitat:

Resting on small Melaluca in a local nature reserve.

Notes:

On first glance I thought this could be a spider wasp in Pompilidae but I can't find any with white ventral thoracic spots. Maybe Ichneumon...
