These are small bright hoppers, tiny bodies, less than 1cm long, brightly coloured greens and blues with black designs.
Seen on rain forest foliage near a lake
This is the same as the one at Gombe I believe, but there I only saw green ones, this one is also bright blue. It may be a sex or age colouration... ?
