I think it is a Hosta plant growing among the other plants with the long, thin leaves....

Not sure at all but looking at the original picture it was cropped from there were no other leaves visible.

Malcolm, are you sure the long thin leaves belong to the hosta plant and not to some vegetation in the background?

Thanks for the ID hint. I have no been able to find any Hosta sp. with such long, thin leaves as shown here. This garden has over 3,700 plant species but I have not located a full species list yet and although many are marked there are many more which are not. The biomes take the species count to over 5,000.
