Description:

EOL gives the Scientific name as Terebralia palustris for Australasia, probably different Genus and species there.. Obtuse Horn Shell and Red Chut-chut Snail are used as common names in Singapore and Malaysia. The second picture is a copy of the information board at the reserve.

Habitat:

Mangrove mud. Nature reserve consisting of tidal mudflats, mangroves and lowland tropical rainforest.
