Deois schach or Pandysia schach
The second photo was taken 1 week after the first one. It seems the bug died in the same position.
Cercopidae, Deois sp. and most probably Deois schach, also called Pandysis schach. Unfortuntaly electronic reference does not properly work, so I added a link from my google search. Original website is not accessible.
