Small treehopper of about 4mm body length, with a long protrusion above the head; basic colour is yellow with a dark stripe running down each side of the 'horn', fore wings are dark a yellow spot towards the tip.
Tropical rainforest in the Ecuadorian Amazon region. This specimen was photographed just outside of Tena.
