Grayish Saltator

Description:

The Grayish Saltator is, along with the Buff-throated Saltator (Saltator maximus), the most widely distributed of its genus. It ranges from Mexico in the north to Argentina and Uruguay in the south, and is widespread in lowland scrub and semi-open areas, where it is a usually conspicuous inhabitant of the local avifauna. It has a white eyebrow.

Habitat:

Subtropical forest. This one was in a palm tree.
