Pied Crow

Corvus albus

Description:

Carrion crow sized (about 50 cm in length), but looks like small (and black-and-white) raven, with stronger beak than a crow.

Habitat:

African species, widespread all over sub-Saharan Africa; but I always observed not to far away from human settlements - not necessarily completely urban, but always close. Here, observed in several spots all over Harare.
