Description:

Stinkhorn with a slimy, white base. The top appears to have dried up, but that is where the spore slime would have been. You can see in the last photo two other holes in the ground where there were probably other stinkhorns

Habitat:

Cleared, farmer's field in an area that received a lot of rain

Looks like a mushroom from the Phallaceae family, most likely a Mutinus sp.
