Edessa rufomarginata
This lovely Turquoise Shield Bug, nearly 5/8" long, practically glows turquoise blue, and the underside, head, antennae and legs are shockingly bright orange. There is a delicate, striated design on its underside (see #4).
It was found perched on rainforest undergrowth on a sunny March afternoon.
