About 1.5 inch length and height of a single wing. About 3 inches width of the butterfly. With light yellow spots and a red spot with blue spot on each wing. Medium in size.
Found in a house garden
Citrus Swallowtail is not a Phillippine butterfly, but Lime swallowtail is and it's called Common Lime over there. (Papilio demoleus demoleus)
