Tubular Fungi

Coprinellus micaceus

Description:

Two little brown and white tube fungi growing out of a crack in the bark of a tree. The largest about 2 cm long. These should soon open into caps. Family Psathyrellaceae.

Habitat:

Huasteca Forest, Edward James Surrealism Park, Xilitla, San Luis Potosí.
