The one on tne the left appears to be a Red Shouldered Hawk and on the right and slightly above is a Northern Flicker. Poor quality photo due to iPhone -> spotting scope -> setting sun!

You are correct, Left: Red-shouldered Hawk, Right: Northern Flicker. Nice!
