Description:

This is a beautiful winter blooming evergreen shrub about 10 feet tall and 3 feet wide; the flowers are large, deep red, semi-double flowers with yellow stamens and beautiful ruffled petals; the leaves are glossy, dark green

Habitat:

urban yard

Notes:

many flowers and buds froze and turned brown in January, but these came out a few warmer days 2 weeks later
