Yup, a Stemonitis species. You need a microscope to tell which one I think.

Here's one I spotted ( http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/519... ), look at the forth photo to see the stalked morph, this happens when it is changing to produce sporangia. Also, this photo: http://tywkiwdbi.blogspot.com.au/2011/11...
