Great shots! I'd be more inclined to call this one a Downy Woodpecker due to the length of the beak and the pubescence at the point where the upper bill meets the face. These guys can be difficult to tell apart when you don't see them together since they look quite similar. https://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Down...
