Description:

Have heart shaped leaves that are also called elephant ears. Taro grows better in wetter areas.

Habitat:

Found growing on the side of the road.

Notes:

Taro is also edible! You can harvest the corms and cormels for food (what we call the root). You can also eat taro leaves too as long as you cook it well :)
