I saw a few of these tiny bugs running around on the ground in the shade. FIrst of this species on Project Noah

Habitat:

Stone/rock ground next to a long, deep drainage dip.

Looks like a Big-eyed Bug, Geocoris, Family Geocoridae. Predatory little buggers on tiny pests.
