Bothrogonia Ferruginea
Four thin, little, possibly green legs that bend like a grasshoppers but flatter. The color of the unknown bug includes a beautiful blend of peachy pink and blue. Two beady, black eyes on the side of its head. There might be two separate halves on the body that look similar to unopened wings. The color of blue is on the tips/edges of the end of the bug. I have found all of these bugs living under leafs. I haven't found one that was on a tree or leaf but under the leaf. Scientific name and family comes from Cicadellidae. The link below takes you to an image of a Bothrogonia Ferruginea and you can clearly see the similarities of the insect I found and the image below. The similarities include the legs, spotted pattern, split body, colors on tips of winged shaped body, eyes, etc. Very cool! http://www.biolib.cz/IMG/GAL/176355.jpg

You should change this to arthropod. It has jointed legs and an exoskeleton.
Leafhopper, Cicadellidae, Cicadellinae. Could be a Bothrogonia sp. and probably Bothrogonia ferruginea.
