I agree that this is a cool spotting!
Dawn, Schaus' tussock moth caterpillar has pure white lashes and darker-colored body hair. However, the Sycamore tussock moth has 4 orange lashes, while the rest are white, like the individual in Doreen's spotting. Here are some examples of H. harrisii:
