Ok, I thought so because this one's eyes are touching and that's a characteristic you only observe in damselflies.
Oh no. Damselflies are more smaller with thinner bodies than their dragonflies. They also hold their narrow wings up when at rest unlike dragonflies they leave theirs outspread.
I don't really know much, but i can narrow it down vaguely by identifying it as a damselfly...
