Flatid Planthopper

Description:

Beige, flattened Flatid with faint green and brown lichen-like pattern. These make a very shallow tent-like structure with their wings. Maybe a species of Flataloides.

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light. Finca Argovia, Ruta de Cafe, Soconusco area of southern Chiapas, Mexico. About 1 hour from Tapachula.
