Spotting

Description:

It's hard to tell, but on the other side of the fence, there is a black bug that is on the other side, it is hugging the fence with it's legs and it is quite hard to tell what it looks like, it is very dark in colour, not very big, not too small, it was very still, and good at camouflaging. I am guessing it is a type of insect but I do not know what kind.
