Spanish Flag

Lantana camara

Description:

The Spanish Flag is a flowering plant native to American Tropics, it's widely spreaded through Latin America and can be found on several variations, however the most famous, the one that gave this species it's name is this one, since it represents perfectly the Spanish flag.

Habitat:

Tropical forests

Notes:

This could be easily seen in the place I was, the biome in there was pretty interesting since it combined sub-paramo and tropical jungle, this are probably the factors that make this plant to be so common in this place.
