Black fungi, the fruitbody differ in size, but this is about 20 cm in diameter.

Habitat:

Growing on an old birch, in protected forest.

Notes:

As an antropological medicinal remedy it has an adaptogen effect when ingested. Very high content of antioxydants and melanine.
