Callophrys gryneus nelsoni
Third in my series of hairstreaks for this trip, I'm assuming I have two species, but might only have one with regional variations
high desert sage and pine Hoard's gulch campground, which to my knowledge hasn't had water since 2013, but is a great bird and butterfly watching location

Thanks for the lead. I'm seeing the Juniper but not cedar
The Callophrys gryneus has a few different versions. One popular, the Juniper has green tint on the wings. The Cedar tends to have purple. That looks like the Nelson's Cedar Hairstreak.
