Vampire Crab

Geosesarma sp

Description:

It about 3 cm wide, Their legs and carapace are dark blue and their fronts are a slight purple in color, as are their pincers. It has lighter colored spots on it's back ends. And it has bright yellow eyes

Habitat:

Apparently next to little streams or pools in the forests

Notes:

This colourfull mini fresh water crab are nocturnal but They don't sucks for blood. They're born as a good hunter and they also eat dead insect / animal sometimes. There is not enough information about this vampire crab that living on salak mount national park , west java.

Beautiful colour ! Lovely spotting Rendy. Good to see it in the wild given that it seems to be a favourite for an aquarium.
Could you please edit your spotting and give it it's scientific name Geosesarma sp.
