Description:

Tan moth with with two dark spots halfway down the wing, one on each edge of the wing. It also has about 8-10 tiny spots forming a curved line from the inner edge to the outer edge of each wing

Habitat:

spotted on the ground in deep brush and leaves in a mixed forest near a lake.
