Pieris canidia indica Evans, 1926
Wingspan: 50 - 60 mm.
Mixed forests of pines, cherry, bamboo and others, also there are lots bushes around.
This butterfly was spotted at our terrace garden. It looks fresh and quite cooperating with me while taking photos. May be it is freshly emerged one. I am seeing first time its wings open.
