I agree - Amanita section Vaginatae. Not A. pantherina.
It's too young to say, but the shape looks like one of the Vaginate subfamily of the Amanita species. So yes, it could also very well be A. pantherina.

This is some kind of Amanita. Amanita regalis I would say.
