Looks a lot like the Venezuelan poodle moth - in terms of the fluffiness not the markings - but you're nowhere near there so it can't be. That one is relatively new to science but it appears there is a related species that it might be. I looked into that one (Diaphora mendica) and it doesn't look like your moth either... Could be lasiocampidae family?
